Expanding Our Reach in Florida

Knight Barry Title is excited to announce its new location in Sanibel, Florida. The new office will serve the Islands of Sanibel and Captiva. Heidi Koch, Jackie Martin, and Michelle Landl, veterans of title and closings on the islands, have joined the company.

 

This is Knight Barry Title’s 5th office in the Sunshine State for 2019. The other four Florida locations are in Destin, Crestview, Panama City Beach, and Pensacola. In addition to Florida, the Milwaukee-based company operates over 60 offices in Wisconsin, Michigan, and Minnesota.

H&S Title and Escrow, which has offices in Destin and Panama City Beach and serves the 30A community, has joined forces with Knight Barry Title, a national leader in title, closing and escrow services. Owners Vicki and Mike Hoover, as well as the experienced staff of both locations, will be staying on as part of the deal. One of their goals is to help Knight Barry Title continue to expand in the area.

 

Vicki Hoover said she had a good feeling about Knight Barry Title from the start of discussions and is thrilled to be part of a new, growing team. “Immediately, we liked the way Knight Barry Title had everything together and were well-versed on how to make the acquisition happen with ease. We’ve always had visions of growing along the Emerald Coast and now Mike and I think we can make that a reality with the help of our new KBT friends,” Vicki Hoover said. “Both of us look forward to the potential we have with the backing of a bigger company that has nearby sister offices that we can reach out to when needed.”

 

The two H&S locations will immediately assume the Knight Barry Title name. However, customers should expect the same family atmosphere they have grown accustomed to when it comes to closing their transactions.

 

Hoover states, “Joining KBT gives our team more time to build customer relationships and allow us to participate more in the communities that have been so great to us over the years.”
