One thing is for certain: We are still actively searching for the right opportunities to continue our impressive growth trend. As the state’s largest provider of real estate title and closing services, we are excited to add Northern Title and Abstract Corp., a single office, well-established operation in Rhinelander to the Knight Barry Title Group.
During the last month and a half, Knight Barry Title has been an industry leader when it comes to protecting the health and safety of customers and employees during the
COVID-19 pandemic. While continuing those efforts are of utmost importance, Chief Operating Officer Craig Haskins also wants to make sure the company is maintaining its momentum when it comes to expanding its footprint.
Al Mancl, owner of Northern Title, will be joining the Knight Barry Title team as the Rhinelander branch’s manager. Both Haskins and Mancl believe having the second location in Oneida county, in addition to our
Minocqua office, is a positive for existing customers and attracting new ones as well.
“For years, Al and his team have always done a great job working with customers and making sure transactions get done,” Haskins said. “Now, because they’ll be working with our existing Minocqua team, Knight Barry Title can be the top choice for real estate customers in Oneida County and the surrounding areas.”
Becoming part of Knight Barry Title represents a new chapter for Mancl and his employees, Laura Durkee, Angie Knapp, and Carol Vaughan, all of whom are staying on with the company. Loyal customers should expect the same friendly service they’ve grown accustomed to over the years.
“This office has been in Oneida County for more than 50 years, and I know joining forces with KBT is a good thing for my employees, customers and the community,” Mancl said. “There is now more access to options and resources here in Rhinelander and across Wisconsin for all our customers.”
